Are your items really handmade, and will mine look like the photo?
Yes — every piece is designed and handcrafted by me, one at a time, in small batches, and many feature real preserved flowers set in resin. Because they’re made by hand with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural. Your piece will match the style and design shown, but small differences make it genuinely one of a kind.
How do I place an order and pay?
For ready-made items, simply browse the ETSY shop, choose your piece, and check out securely using ETSY payment gateway. For custom work, message me first so we can finalize the details before payment. Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible — ready-made orders can often be adjusted before shipping, and custom pieces can be changed before work begins.
Do you take custom orders, and how do they work?
Absolutely — custom orders are always welcome, whether it’s a specific color palette, a preserved flower with sentimental meaning, or a personalized gift. Just message me before ordering with your idea, colors, and the occasion, and I’ll follow up with options, a quote, and a timeline. Custom pieces typically take [2-3 weeks], since every work needs proper curing time that I never rush.
When will my order ship, where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
Ready-made items usually ship within [3-4 business days], while custom orders ship once complete, based on the timeline we agree on. I currently ship within the U.S. , with shipping calculated at checkout based on your location. Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely — and to make a lovely gift straight out of the box.
